INGREDIENTS

  • 1 large butternut squash, halved vertically and seeds removed
  • Low fat cream cheese
  • Garlic powder
  • Nutmeg
  • Sea Salt and pepper
  • Corn Snacks

DIRECTIONS

1- Cook the squash in the oven, until it is tender

2- Use a large spoon to scoop the butternut squash flesh into your blender. Discard the tough skin. 

3- Add nutmeg, garlic powder, cream cheese, sea salt and pepper. And Mix all together.

4- Serve with Corn Snacks!
