INGREDIENTS

  • Sweet Rice Cakes
  • Caramel

DIRECTIONS

1- Crush rice cakes.

2- Put caramel on top! And enjoy with a movie!

Trifle

INGREDIENTS

  • Rice cakes coated in lemon (or any other flavor)
  • Granola
  • Cream Cheese
  • Red fruits
  • Lemon Zest
  • Stevia

DIRECTIONS

1- Mix the cream cheese with the lemon zest and stevia.

2- Insert granola at the bottom of the glass.

3- Add a layer of cream cheese mixture and add crushed rice cakes.

4- Cover with red fruits of your choice.

Truffles

INGREDIENTS

  • Rice cakes
  • Dulce de Leche

DIRECTIONS

1- Grind the rice cakes.

2- Mix with de Dulce de Leche. Sticky mixture.

3- Let the mixture set in the refrigerator.

4- Roll into balls and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Crispy Chicken

INGREDIENTS

  • Chicken breasts
  • Egg
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Cheddar Cheese Corn snacks

DIRECTIONS

1- Cut the chicken breasts into strips.

2- Whisk the egg with salt and pepper.

3- Drench the chicken strips in the egg.

4- Coat the strips in crushed corn snacks.

5- Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.

Coconut Pie

INGREDIENTS

  • Rice cakes coated in White Chocolate
  • Dulce de leche/Caramel or Peanut Butter
  • Grated Coconut

DIRECTIONS

1- Toast de grated coconut in a pan.

2- Spread the Dulce de Leche/Caramel or Peanut Butter on the rice cake.

3- Sprinkle the grated coconut at the top.

Green Dip

INGREDIENTS

  • Frozen Chopped Spinach (defrost)
  • Sour Cream
  • 1 cooked Potatoe
  • Pepper and Sea Salt
  • Corn Snacks

DIRECTIONS

1- Mix the spinach with the potatoe and the sour cream.

2- Serve with corn snacks!

Deluxe Fit Dessert

INGREDIENTS

  • Deluxe rice cakes coated in chocolate
  • Peanut Butter
  • White Chocolate
  • Strawberries

DIRECTIONS

1- Spread the rice cakes with peanut butter and slice strawberries.

2- Cover with another rice cake.

3- Decorate with white chocolate.

Carrot Dip

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Carrots
  • 2 tablspoons Cream Cheese
  • Lemon juice (1/2 lemon)
  • Salt
  • Cumin
  • Corn Snacks

DIRECTIONS

1- Steam Carrots

2- Tansfer carrots to a food processor and add lemon juice, salt and cumin.

3- Refrigerate.

4- Serve with corn snacks.

Pear Pudding

INGREDIENTS

  • Sweet rice cakes
  • Sweetner
  • 30 grams Coconut
  • 1 tablespoon Powdered milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Pear

DIRECTIONS

1- Crush rice cakes.

2- Beat the egg with the sweetner, coconut and the milk.

3- Wash, peel and cut into dices the pear and mix with procedure above.

4- Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.

Chocolate dessert with lemon

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Bar of dark chocolate
  • 1/2 cup of fat free cream cheese

DIRECTIONS

1- Melt the chocolate and mix it with cream cheese.

2- Put into individual molds and take to refrigerator.

3- Serve with coated rice cakes in lemon.

Dulce de Leche Mousse

INGREDIENTS

  • 300 grams Cream Cheese
  • 400 grams Dulce de Leche "Repostero"
  • 300 grams Whipping Cream
  • Coated rice cakes in dulce de leche

DIRECTIONS

1- Mix the cream cheese with the dulce de leche.

2- Beat cream with electric mixer.

3- Join both preparations.

4- Put into individual molds and take to refrigerator.

5- Unmold on a coated rice cake.






Deluxe Bites

INGREDIENTS

  • Sweet rice cakes
  • Granola
  • Dark Chocolate
  • Nuts or Almonds

DIRECTIONS

1- Grind rice cakes and mix them with granola.

2- Meld chocolate and mix with rice cakes and granola.

3- Roll the "truffles" and decorate them with an almond on top.

Squash Soup

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 large butternut squash, halved vertically and seeds removed
  • Low fat cream cheese
  • Garlic powder
  • Nutmeg
  • Sea Salt and pepper
  • Corn Snacks

DIRECTIONS

1- Cook the squash in the oven, until it is tender

2- Use a large spoon to scoop the butternut squash flesh into your blender. Discard the tough skin. 

3- Add nutmeg, garlic powder, cream cheese, sea salt and pepper. And Mix all together.

4- Serve with Corn Snacks!

  • Coated rice cakes in strawberry yogurt
  • Greek Yogurt
  • Fresh Fruit (blueberries and strawberries)
  • Granola

DIRECTIONS

1- Layer yogurt, fruits, granola and pieces of coated rice cakes.

2- Repeat the layers until all of the ingredients are used completely.
