INGREDIENTS
- Rice cakes
- Dulce de Leche
DIRECTIONS
1- Grind the rice cakes.
2- Mix with de Dulce de Leche. Sticky mixture.
3- Let the mixture set in the refrigerator.
4- Roll into balls and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Pear Pudding
INGREDIENTS
- Sweet rice cakes
- Sweetner
- 30 grams Coconut
- 1 tablespoon Powdered milk
- 1 Egg
- 1 Pear
DIRECTIONS
1- Crush rice cakes.
2- Beat the egg with the sweetner, coconut and the milk.
3- Wash, peel and cut into dices the pear and mix with procedure above.
4- Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Deluxe Bites
INGREDIENTS
- Sweet rice cakes
- Granola
- Dark Chocolate
- Nuts or Almonds
DIRECTIONS
1- Grind rice cakes and mix them with granola.
2- Meld chocolate and mix with rice cakes and granola.
3- Roll the "truffles" and decorate them with an almond on top.
Avocado Brusquettes
INGREDIENTS
- Rice Cakes
- Avocado
- Lemon Juice
- Boiled Egg
DIRECTIONS
1- Mash the avocado, lemon juice and salt.
2- Serve avocado on top of a rice cake.
3- You can add slices of bolied egg on top.
Gluten Free Pizza
INGREDIENTS
- Rice Cakes
- Tomate Sauce
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Olives
- Fine herbs
DIRECTIONS
1- Place tomate sauce and mozzarella cheese on top of the rice cake.
2- Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes.
3- Serve with cherry tomates, olives and fine herbs.
